One of Unispace’s unique value propositions is its global footprint, so international connectivity and collaboration is an essential part of their business.
POMT has a long-term working relationship with Unispace as both a collaborator on client projects but also as a service provider. Working with design firms can often be challenging with the desire to conceal and integrate the technology. However, with Unispace POMT have a mutual understanding and we integrate designs to achieve the desired aesthetic without impacting functionality and performance of the technology.
In addition to providing strategy for Unispace’s global standards, their Microsoft based collaboration environment and multiple workspace / studio designs, we also worked closely to deliver the flagship global HQ in Sydney.
Starting with a blank canvas, we worked closely with the local design team to seamlessly integrate physical technologies including Peripherals & Convenience, AV, Conferencing & Collaboration, Booking & Scheduling and Media Distribution. The client journey was particularly important for this studio and manifested in ‘The Academy’, which is a multi-purpose experiential and immersive space for events, including design thinking creative sessions, workshops, training and formal client events.
