POMT were initially engaged by the Iress executive team to develop a workplace technology strategy which was required to align with planned office relocations, upgrades and expansion. Underpinning the physical designs was a clear request and mandate to improve communication and collaboration across the national and international teams.
POMT was involved in the evaluation, design and deployment of Zoom which alongside Slack and GSuite, saw Iress completely re-invent and re-invigorate their productivity, collaboration and communicate suite. We also assisted with Workspace Management and Media Distribution solutions to complete the virtual workplace technology experience.
With virtual platforms in place, POMT assisted Iress with the implementation and deployment of physical AV, Conferencing & Collaboration, Booking & Scheduling and Media Distribution solutions.
