In this role, you'll be at the forefront of on-site installation activities, collaborating with our dedicated teams. Your role goes beyond technical proficiency; it's about providing exceptional customer service and seamless communication with all POMT team members involved in project deployment. Whether you bring seasoned expertise as an Installer or are in the early stages of your career, the responsibilities of your role will be as follows;
- Being a highly proficient installation technician with a positive attitude
- Demonstrating the ability to work on construction sites and coordinate with other trades
- Possessing a solid understanding of Audio Visual design principles
- Exhibiting self-management skills and making logical day-to-day operational decisions
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting floor plans and schematics
- Quick learning ability
- Driving and contributing effectively within a team
- Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Holding a valid manual driver's license
- Possessing a valid Green/White Card
- Install various Audio Visual and IT hardware
- Site coordination
- Cable infrastructure installation and termination
- Customer service
- Solution testing
