Audio Visual Project Manager | Sydney
Position Overview
You will be responsible for providing the successful delivery of projects, in line with the project management methodology. To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in leading or contributing to a PMO or Project Management Framework development in a fast-paced and complex environment.

- Strong understanding of Project Management delivery method and basic IT principles
- Excellent project management skills and experience with a strong focus on execution against the plan
- Experienced working in large, complex enterprise scale project environments
- Exceptional C-level stakeholder management and vendor management skills
What you'll do
- Project management and co-ordination
- Hosting and or attending internal and external project meetings and management of action items arising from these meetings
- Drive Project implementation teams in order to achieve the project brief
- Liaise with clients, builders and key project stakeholders and manage expectations of all parties
- Manage procurement processes and provide information to logistics department in relation to in flight projects and co-ordination of hardware to meet timelines
- Time, cost and quality management
- Change, risk & issue management
- Maintain ‘Project Logs’
- Maintain project documentation
- Presentation of project reports
