The Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) wanted to create a place to provide customers with end-to-end support, bringing together its technology, operations and market surveillance teams.


In designing the Customer Support Centre (CSC), ASX referenced financial markets around the world, as well as leaders in other industries needing to deliver 24-hour, real-time services and communications. Examples in Australia include Qantas, Rio Tinto and the Rural Fire Service.
